Default Super Tuesday Counts

blatant ad bough to you by the house of dutch

On 'Super Tuesday' BV will be coordinating Australia's largest ever
bikecount. Between 7-9am on Tuesday 6 March, 90 count sites will be
active across inner Melbourne.

The Inner Melbourne Action Group (IMAP) have asked us help them get a
better understanding where riders go and where the priorities lie in
their bike network.

If you would like to help provide evidence of the current bike riding
boom please register here.

If you haven't done it before, counting is a lot of fun and these days
you will be kept busy marking your sheet!

Once you have registered, a site will be allocated to you and we will
send you an information pack and a unique, once only, limited edition
Super Tuesday t-shirt to wear on the day (and after). Also, counters
that are members of a recognised community bike riding organisation
will be able to nominate that group to receive $50.

The 90 sites are in City of Melbourne, Yarra, Port Phillip and
Stonnington (west of Kooyong Rd).

the fundraising for Murray to Moyne teams do you think?

cheers,
ali

BUGs and Clubs were chosen, partly cos it bolsters them and also if
they are strong and involved in such initiatives councils/agencies will
take them (even) more seriously and possibly turn to them for help in
future.

I was thinking that myself... we should all aim to pass as many
counters as possible. I wonder if they'll count us twice if we roll
back over them???
