What are 'differential' brakes?
Some of Campag's new brakes are described as 'differential'. Are they
just twin-pivot calipers with a lighter front than back, or is there more to it than that? -- (Simon Brooke) http://www.jasmine.org.uk/~simon/ ;; making jokes about dyslexia isn't big, it isn't clever and ;; it isn't furry. |

I thought they supplied single pivots on the back, on the grounds that they're lighter and don't need to work nearly so well. cheers, clive |

That's right, and also the brake pads don't have to be set so close to the rims ~PB |
