No, the 12th WAS a Thursday.

Back to the topic...

It'd be perfectly reasonable to ban all cannabis users and pushers from
driving for a year.

They wouldn't need to drive whilst doing a year's porridge in any case.

There's loads of drugs in prison, so they'll not be too upset.
