Default Australia's "Best Mountain Biker" Is A CRIMINAL!

Surprize, surprize! Even IMBA once posted a study on its website
showing that the vast MAJORITY of mountain bikers don't obey the law:
http://home.pacbell.net/mjvande/mtb76. They removed it, once they
discovered the truth accidentally being told....

http://www.guardian.co.uk/sport/feedarticle/7614406:

Australia's best mountain biker overlookedReuters, Friday June 27 2008
SYDNEY, June 27 (Reuters) - Australia's best mountain biker Chris
Jongewaard has been overlooked for the team for the Beijing Olympics
because he is facing criminal charges.
Jongewaard is Australia's highest-ranked rider but was not considered
for the 28-member cycling squad named on Friday, with his spot going
to Daniel McConnell.
Jongewaard faces charges over a hit-and-run driving incident last year
in which fellow cyclist and training partner Matthew Rex sustained
head injuries.
Cycling Australia said they could not include Jongewaard because he
had failed to meet the Australian Olympic Committee's strict by-laws
on behaviour.
Earlier this year, butterfly specialist Nick D'Arcy was kicked off the
swimming team for Beijing after being charged over an alleged assault
in a Sydney nightclub.
"The committee believes it cannot in good faith nominate Chris
Jongewaard," Cycling Australia said in a statement.
"We acknowledge he met the performance criteria but nomination for
selection in the Australian team for the Olympic Games is based on
more than results."
Cycling Australia said Jongewaard had been notified that he had until
Tuesday to decide whether to appeal.
The squad included five track sprinters, eight track endurance riders,
eight road cyclists, five BMX riders and two mountain bikers.

Less than 100%? Mike, are you getting friendlier in your old age?

The study said it is 87%, if memory serves me. Or close to it. It has
nothing to do with me.

Ok, but it sounds like you are saying there are law-abiding mountain
bikers.

No, only that study found a small minority (13%) of people obeying
that particular on that particular day. In my experience, it is ZERO
percent.

Your experience is obviously tainted by advanced senile dementia coupled
with a healthy dose of bitterness. You should consider rolling your
wheelchair off of a cliff. You would be happier and so would the world.
