Cyclist convicted of attempted rape of dog walker at 8am

MrCheerful wrote: The victim, a woman aged in her 50s, was approached by hooded Begley near trees and a car park off Firs Road, Ashton-on-Mersey, early on March 16. He was on a silver bicycle at the time. A court heard he dragged her to the ground and covered her mouth. Screaming out for help, she repeatedly tried to fight him off but was dragged behind a building nearby. He then ripped at her clothes and started to sexually assault and bite her. A fellow dog walker passing by heard her screams and ran to her aid. Begley, from Sale, rode off on his bike in the direction of Harboro Road. He was apprehended and arrested by police a short distance away on Charleston Close. Begley was charged with attempted rape and sexual assault. https://www.manchestereveningnews.co...-rape-17019810 This sounds like the average psycholist. Thick as four short planks and incapable of attracting a woman. I have no ****ing interest in looking good in YOUR eyes. After all I ride a bicycle. And we all know what YOU think of bicyclists. You think they are the ****witted pits of humanity. And because it is YOU who think that, that is an extremely great compliment. We must be doing something right. |

No one is interested in your CV. Your are and always will be unemployable. Mr Pounder can speak up for himself, but surely he used to be employed and is now retired? Most retired people find it hard to get work, whether they are truly unemployable or not. AND REGARDLESS OF THEIR PREFERRED MEANS OF TRANSPORT. |

I retired at the age of 59 because I could afford to. 68 this year :-( I've worked hard since the age of 15 and have never been on the dole. I've no desire to find a job. I've never had to cycle to work in the wind, the rain and the cold. Poverty cyclists need to do that to get to the dole office. |
