Default Is nowhere safe from these horse & carriage weapons?

A woman has died after a horse hitched to a carriage bolted and crashed
into spectators at an event in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk.

Imagine if it had hit a cyclist.

High time these dangerous horse & carriage weapons were banned.

Yesterday upon the stair
I met a cyclist who wasn’t there
He wasn’t there again today
Oh, how I wish he’d go away

Fortunately they are much less numerous than car weapons.
