Cyclist hit from behind by barrister
I haven't watched this yet, but could be worth a look.
(Don't know if it is visible outside Oz). Australian Story is a program on our ABC channel. On Monday night the story was regarding a cyclist run down from behind by a high profile barrister in South Australia. It is about a woman taking on some of the most powerful institutions in her home state - and changing the way things are done. It started when her husband went out for a bike ride and never returned. Since then, Di Gilcrist has helped instigate two criminal trials, a royal commission and a legal conduct hearing, earning praise for her determination and courage. Australian Story is repeated some time over the weekend or you can watch it on Iview at: http://www.abc.net.au/iview/#/view/890114. -- JS. |

Sounds good from your description, but the link is restricted by GeoIP to users in Australia. Do you know of any alternative route for viewing it? Sorry, I don't. I might download and post to u toob. -- JS. |
