Lance is not going to tell Johan to leave his job. Lance also talks
about wanting to be home ect. I don;t think that he will become a
manager. He will probably still be involved in cycling in some
capacity. I could also see Lance getting the bug in 10 years and
becoming a team manager. Whether or not he has the demeanor is beside
the point because he has the prestige and the money.l
