Default Cyclinger breaks the law for safety reasons?

The idiot rider was captured on dashcam dodging through speeding traffic
on the M60, forcing drivers to slam on the brakes to avoid a deadly
accident.

Why do people like that cycle as if the law simply doesn't apply to them?

It's a split second decision whether a motorist should hit the cyclist or
either swerve and hit another car risking a pile up. The default action for
on a busy motorway might be to hit the cyclist if there isn't time to assess
othe roptions. I know I would.

Never underestimate the stupidity of the cyclist.

It's so easy to cycle inadvertently onto a motorway and then cross from
an access sliproad to the offside lane (of three) then swerve back
across to the hard shoulder, isn't it?

But perhaps the cylist entered the motorway vertically, directly into
the offside overtaking lane from an overbridge?

But still, thanks for coming along to try to defend the cyclist. I knew
you would. We all did.
