RANS Aero bag
Does the RANS Aero bag have internal pockets/dividers? Looking for a
seat-mounted bag for my Stratus, and prefer something that wouldn't rattle/flop if not fully packed/loaded. |

RANS Aero bag
The Aero seat bag has plastic stiffeners and does not sag when empty. I use
one on a Screamer tandem to hold my hydration supply and spare clothing, the one on the stoker's seat carries the tools and tubes and another hydration bladder. -- This look left intentionally blank "M. I just went over to SEARS and bought three back-pack bags intended for school kids. They are the right size for my STRATUS, come in different colors and styles, are very well made, and were on sale for $9.99! Try to find a nice bag at a LBS for $9.99.... jd |

Jack, We are buying two Rans bikes (either two V-Rexs or a V-Rex and a
V2) WE have BikeE ATs and use backpacks like those you bought from Sears. On the current Rans seats there are no exposed seat frames. How do you attach the backpacks securely to the Rans seat? |

You know, when are they going to come out with airbags for bikes?
Dave ) Dave avoids occult fraternities, despite maintaining his interest in life and conversation, because they have only harmed or hindered that which was precious to him. Thank you. |

Dave ) We are drifting off-topic a bit, but since u ask--- Airbags for bents would look like wide shorts and swimmys... I've hit pavement with my Rocket, and have noticed that others have had similar experiences-- hitting loose gravel or water while cornering enthusiastically. Ground contact is executed instantly, and with subtle finesse, with the elbow and hind quarter. Thusly, wide shorts and elbonic air bags-- which look like swimmys worn at joint level-- would be required.. That has to be the most eloquent description of a wreck that I've ever read |

Ken, Shorten the straps about as far as they will go and use the left-over strap tails to tie together around the seat stays. Works great! (Unless you have the seat leaned WAAY-BACK like my son does on his V2, then the bag might rub the tire unless you use a rear rack.) I use these packs on my Tailwind and Stratus with no problem. jd |
