Default New Highway Code rule - Cycles MUST be overtaken IMMEDIATELY

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_QZcxsrX5Vc

Cyclists in correct road position for right turn and clearly signalling intention to turn right.
Motorist overtakes cyclist near junction and takes corner blindly on wrong side of road.
Clearly the cyclist's fault for being, all together now, "In The Middle Of The Road!!!".
