Default London to Brighton.

There was a piece on the One Show about the L2B that took place over the
weekend. The centre piece for the program was a de Dion that did the
trip at an average speed of 10mph.

More of a road block than cyclists then. How much road tax was paid on
this vehicle? Apparently there was a fault and the brake only worked on
one wheel. Now, where have we heard of something like this elsewhere?
