Hit and run scum found and charged

Hit and run?

That's what happens with every traffic accident.

But erhaps he should have stayed at the scene longer.

In fact, perhaps he should be there yet?

I can remember when the Echo used to employ people who each had more
than half a brain.

I hope the evil scum gets what he deserves....poor old guy hoping he pulls through. How the vile scum could get out and see what he had done and drive off is disgusting. Hope he is cursed for life.
