Default Car Paths

We went cycling yesterday and got beeped at on this road because we were riding side by side in accordance with the Highway Code.

You can see there is a perfectly good car path next to this road provided at great expense from cycle taxes.

Curiously the Carist had no problems waiting until it was safe to pass the horseist in front of us.
