Default Jim Ochowicz -walking conflict of interest

What's wrong with this picture
iShares, a division of Barclay Bank, was scheduled to take over as the
main sponsor. USA Cycling President Jim Ochowicz, who works for
Barclays as an investment consultant and is also a paid consultant to
Rihs' ARcycling AG, was tipped to manage the team, but according to
Blick magazine, the company has backed out of the deal.

So let's get this straight, Och works for Phonak, team of Landis, and
is President of USA Cycling, which gives out punishment to Landis and
probably stands to gain financially for i-shares sponsorship.

How in the world can och remain president of usa cycling?

wasn't Gerard fired because he tried to blow the whistle on och?

no wonder usa cycling is bad shape........

And that is EXACTLY why Dick Pound just went off on USADA and USA
Cycling. You can be damn sure that Och' is in a pickle.

Too bad about the iShares press conference tomorrow, you know, the one
where they withdraw their sponsorship.

So I guess Och' can speed up the process on Floyd now. There isn't any
conflict after iShares leaves.

Floyd cheated

No, USA Cycling does not have juristiction. The 'USADA [the United States
Anti-Doping Agency] does. Another conspiracy theory blown to bits. Do you
also think that Ochowicz is a member of the Council on Foreign Affairs and
is one of the 12 Jewish Bankers in Switzerland that actually rule the world
?

Steve,
Nice try, but there is no question that och must resign from usa
cycling.... too many conflicts of interest..... and we never even
mentioned that he was involved (or his puppets) with trying to run
chauner out of the sport by sending the uspro to his buddy plant.....
No wonder Gerard got sick of it....

IMO USA Cycling is a corrupt organization from the top down. I had a series
of interactions with them this year that were unbelievable. Looking back it
reminded me of a scene from Blazing Saddles where the tag line was
"Gentlemen, we must protect our phony baloney jobs!"

USAC is riddled with conflicts, but if you throw around
fake conflicts, like saying USAC enforces drug
suspensions even though it's really USADA, you
weaken your case.

Lafferty, you should have caught that one.
