He also faced a separate charge of causing grievous bodily harm to the juvenile – who can’t be identified due to a court order – during the incident. http://www.bournemouthecho.co.uk/new...ver_collision/ And the relevance to cycling is? You really can't see the relevance to cycling in a report of a defendant appearing in court charged with causing grievous bodily harm to a child by wanton or furious cycling? Does someone who uses his car to hurt someone apply to you and to all motorists? Does the actions of one motorist make you all guilty? That question (and all the possible answers to it) are irrelevant. Can you *really* not see the relevance to cycling in a report of a defendant appearing in court charged with causing grievous bodily harm to a child by wanton or furious cycling? I can't see the relevance to a newsgroup that is dedicated to the recreational sport of cycling. Accidents happen. This newsgroup, despite its title, has not been dedicated to the "recreational sport of cycling" for at least fifteen years, if ever. So now you can see the relevance. |
