American Taylor Phinney (TIAA-CREF-5280) rode to a world time trial title on Thursday with a victory in the race against the clock at the 2007 UCI Junior Road and Track World Championships in Aguascalientes, Mexico. Pretty good argument for great genetics. Bill C
