Why aren't we demanding regular retests for motor drivers?
It's obvious a lot of them would fail so that'd solve the congestion problem too.

Um, no - that'd actually be because it was not "_" who posted it, it
came from another ISP, not his, and the headers are forged. You'll
never guess who uses the ISP it did come from. Well, OK, perhaps
you might.
