Many cyclists drive cars and pay car tax. As I do. I will admit that when I drive over the Humber Bridge I don't pay council tax to Lincolnshire CC and so use their roads without paying towards them. I do pay a bridge toll though, but I don't think that counts as a tax. |

You pay road tax on each vehicle. And of course there's fuel duty.... |

But the increased Road Tax on larger vehicles means the Guvmint revenue hasn't decreased. |
