Default Improving upper body strength

Should I go to the gym or just drive more?

We are told only cyclists ride on the footway yet I see cars parked on the footway all the time.
Given that motorists never drive on the footway I assume they stop in the carriageway and pick their cars up by hand and set them down on the footway.

What is their secret? 3 Shredded Wheat?

Local authorities desperately worried about being accused of fleecing
the poor motorist.

Nearby, a house was extended recently. It is on a corner plot where the
lounge has two windows and the owners put a fence up round the side
window. Shock and horror. "Out of keeping" or some such nonsense. The
busybodies made them take it down.

Walk round the estate. Cars parked on the road, pavements, grass verges,
in gardens, long cars on short driveways and several restoration
projects demonstrating the law of entropy.

Hmmm, that gives me idea. If I wanted a fence, get a load of scrap cars,
SORN them and line them up round my boundary. Let's see what the
busybodies make of that.

I drive my car on the footway, but obviously that's just because I'm a
cyclist, and not because I'm legally accessing my off-street parking.

What is their secret? 3 Shredded Wheat?

Fee fie foe fix ... (That's one of the most annoying adverts ever.)

Just so. I shall now have a good lager in compensation.
