ROFL! "The window was already broken". How many people leave their handbag lying in a car with a smashed window?

And it's not being a cyclist that makes him scum, it's being scum that means he can't afford a car.

The "new labour" government has just announced that they are changing their party emblem from a red rose to a condom, as they believe it most accurately represents the governments political stance.
A condom stands up to inflation, halts production, destroys the next generation, protects a bunch of pricks and gives you a false sense of security when you're actually being screwed.

I bought mine in 2009 and it will get a new £2000 subframe next month.

Being unemployed, benefits suspended, (there will be a reason for this)
skint, a liar, a thief and a drug addict makes him a typical scum cyclist.

He could not afford to pay the prescription charge, yet was willing to
steal to raise even more than the cost of a prescription to buy Heroin.
Scum really is the way to describe people like him. I hope his escape
vehicle was crushed.

The reason for that can be as simple as being 5 minutes late.

skint, a liar, a thief and a drug addict makes him a typical scum cyclist.

Why do people want to see cars and bikes crushed that belonged to thieves? What's wrong with selling them at a police auction? Crushing a vehicle is a ****ing stupid waste, and the police should get heavy fines from environmental groups.
