You seem to be the only person who has suggested that, unless you can
cite otherwise.


We have been told many times that the only safety precaution cyclists need to take is to wear a helmet.


And a functioning pair of Mk I eyeballs.

And a functioning brain.

And a willingness to obey the law and to be courteous.

Given those, you can see why they are so often in difficulties.
