Another attack on a cyclist
Game old boy still riding a bike when he is 83. Don't think I will still
be in a saddle when I am that age. Shame that it has probably been brought to an end by a killer car. http://www.theargus.co.uk/news/10619...tside_Butlins/ |

Would you care to let us know what extra evidence you have, or did you just make it up, thus confirming your membership of the psycholist club? |

( That's using the McDonalds system, by the way, not the US General's one ) |

You have no idea as to the causes of the crash. The possibility that the crash was a deliberate action by the car driver is such a low probability that it can realistically be discounted, and your suggestion that it is could, might be considered as actionable libel. The likelihood is: that one party or both made a mistake and a crash ensued. There are other scenarios, all of which are far more likely than any form of deliberate attack by the car driver. |

I always admire older people still cycling and being active. It turns out that there was no attack at all. He was hit accidentally by a driver. You are adotping Doug Bollen-style reporting. |

You have Do you mean the legal Thing, the Cyclist, or perhaps a human being? no idea as to the causes of the crash. The possibility that the crash was a deliberate action by the car driver is such a low probability Are you sure that you could not use Acting? that it can realistically be discounted, You mean that realistic punitive damages (considering that licensed driving needs encouragement) would be outweighed by costs to the Crown. and your suggestion that it is could, might be considered as actionable libel. The likelihood is: that one party or both made a mistake and a crash ensued. There are other scenarios, ACT 1, scene 2, bring it on. all of which are far more likely than any form of deliberate attack by the car driver. You mean, A driving licence is a licence to kill! |
