Game old boy still riding a bike when he is 83. Don't think I will still
be in a saddle when I am that age. Shame that it has probably been
brought to an end by a killer car.

As you've been able to deduce that it was an attack on the cyclist, and
therefore being intentional, you've obviously got more info on this incident
than the paper has.
Would you care to let us know what extra evidence you have, or did you just
make it up, thus confirming your membership of the psycholist club?

I don't for one minute think you'd be able to. From most of the crap you
post on here I would say you are a five star psycholist.
( That's using the McDonalds system, by the way, not the US General's one )

Well I don't really cycle much these days (unfortunately) so maybe I
just support the under dog against bullies.

you mean that there was a crash involving a cyclist and a car. You have
no idea as to the causes of the crash. The possibility that the crash
was a deliberate action by the car driver is such a low probability
that it can realistically be discounted, and your suggestion that it is
could, might be considered as actionable libel. The likelihood is: that
one party or both made a mistake and a crash ensued. There are other
scenarios, all of which are far more likely than any form of deliberate
attack by the car driver.

To your credit, you have not.

You have also been more frank than most of us about your past.

Very sad story and I hope the old chap makes a full recovery. I always
admire older people still cycling and being active.

It turns out that there was no attack at all. He was hit accidentally by a
driver.

You are adotping Doug Bollen-style reporting.

You don't need to. It's obvious what you are.
