It is a recommendation. Not the law.

When you lot start obeying the law, we'll start listening to
"recommendations".

I see. It is not until all cyclists always stop at red traffic signals
that most motorists will keep to most speed limits?

Don't be asinine.

The reasonable point being made is that scofflaw chavs have no right to
bark out orders to citizens behaving lawfully and can, with
justification, expect their irrational desire to control others to be
rejected.

Do try & keep to the point Cwispie.

Motorists pay £46 billion a year in extra taxes, specifically so they
can use the roads.
Less than £10 billion of this is spent on roads.
Q: Do cyclists pay any specific, extra taxes in order to use their
vehicles on the road?
A: No. They are sponging freeloaders.

Of course, the real point here is that cyclists should keep out of the
way of tax paying motorists.

Rather than inconvenience a motorist, cyclists should dismount & remain
in the gutter until the motorist has passed, then continue.

With your mental capacity, I won't even ask you to explain the point.

You wouldn't understand if I did. Unless I used the Janet & John format.

Motorists account for 1 single fatality per 208,311,415 miles driven. A
simply incredible safety record.

Psycholists SOP. When losing an argument, always revert to insults.
