It comes after Cllr Matthew Fido was 'clipped' by a cyclist working for
Deliveroo - who he says then hurled abuse at him.

Maybe such cyclists should be prosecuted for anti-social behaviour rather

Most are stupid. Most live on council estates as they are too stupid and
lazy to buy their own homes. Most are unemployed and have been for many
years.
