dumbass,

it's kind of stupid.

It shows dedication and passion, in a kind of stupid way
(and a little unprofessional - though emotion is good
for the audience). In other words, Petacchi is now an
honorary Masters Fattie.

Milram's Alessandro Petacchi will quit the second Grand Tour this year
because of a broken bone. The sprinter, who had just recovered from a
knee fracture he suffered at the start of the Giro d'Italia - ruining
his racing program from May to August - broke his hand after stage 15
on Sunday.

After the finish in Almussafes, Petacchi slammed his right fist into
the team bus, out of anger and frustration because he got fenced in the
sprint earlier on. This outburst caused the fracture.

'Roid rage? Couldn't be, sprinters don't dope.

Well, he's not much of a sprinter these days...

I believe traditional Masters Fattie technique is to swing a 2x4 at the
perceived offender after the race.

Do the Gaggioli,

It was the Lampre team bus, and Napolitano is the one who closed the
door on him in the sprint. So he sort of did.
