Gut-reduction?
Hello,
I used to be quite a svelte, trim cyclist until I got older, and started gaining weight around the midsection (i.e. gut). I still cycle, at least, 20 miles a day. I eat a pretty healthy, well- rounded diet. I'm still a pretty slim person, Unfortunately my belly seems to stay the same. I've always heard that "spot-reduction" doesn't work (i.e. exercising a certain area of the body reduces fat in that area). So, I haven't done sit-ups yet. Should I? I don't now if this question is rec.bicycles.soc worthy, but I'll ask anyway: Do you guys know a way to reduce belly-fat? Regards, Cullen |
