Default Half of drivers admit breaking traffic laws

Just reading the report that Simon posted and found the fact that
"around half of them doing so deliberately, according to a survey",
I find that astounding!

What - that there were 50% of drivers that NEVER exceeded the speed limit by at least 1 mph? I find that "astounding" as well.

I think "deliberately" was a key term in that statement.
