Default Stress-relieved machine-built wheels?

Jobst used to complain that the manufacturers of wheel-building machines didn't incorporate stress-relieving. This video makes me think that at least one manufacturer has caught on:

Go to the 1:50 mark, where you'll see two rods pushing a pair of spokes from the sides. It appears that this "multiple stabilizing," as the video calls it, alternates with rounds of truing (though the segment isn't long enough to say for sure).

The rods take care of the stress from the spokes bending around each
other where they cross, and tightening the nipples from the ends
prevents spoke windup. I wonder if they make one of those machines
for home mechanics...
