"Trek issued a rather curious internal memo a few days ago that was
completely devoid of verbiage save for the cryptic phrase, ‘Something is
coming...January 23, 2009’.

Maybe Lance Armstrong is going to come out of retirement and they'll
announce it then? I've heard rumours, but that sounds pretty
far-fetched.

This sets off my bull**** detector. "Over 20 miles from the nearest
Starbucks..."? Not in THIS galaxy!

Dumbass,

Starbucks has a store locator. The nearest one to 801 W Madison St,
Waterloo, Wi is in Madison at the Target near East Towne Mall. A
21.82 mile drive.

Spoilsport.

If there's no Starbucks, does that mean there's no violence?

Trek Bicycle today announced the opening of 'Thing One,' an all-new
design center with a singular focus: do nothing but great work.

"Previously, some of our products were kind of phoned-in," noted Trek
President, John Burke. "We have now had all the **** designers shot.
This new design center is Trek's commitment to leading the future of
cycling."

Hmm. Declining economy. Declining bicycle sales. Trek to eventually
be a brand available at Target and WalMart. Why not sped the money
now (while you have it) and LIVE a little?
