Default cyclist rams car and loses

A cyclist collided with a stationary vehicle in Western Road at around
12.15pm.

The cyclist, a 27-year-old man, was taken to Royal Sussex County
Hospital in Brighton by air ambulance with serious, but not life
threatening, injuries.

I do jope he has insurance.

Drivers in East Sussex have been checking out the latest in satellite
navigation technology.

lines along the English Channel.

That is a very old picture with no context, certainly nothing about
bicycles (this is a cycling group)

However, I could not quite understand the sense of this cyclists dip in
the river:
