Crawley Crit
This Sunday 15th May sees proper cycle racing on a closed circuit
round Crawley town centre. First race is at 17:00. Elite 1,2 race at 19:40. I went to watch last year and it's absolutely riveting. I'll be there this year too. Tim |

Still, as Martin pointed out, I'd like to see them tackle a 400km Audax! |

I was near Evans most of the time (with my Pedersen), and some time on the inside of the bend opposite the post office. They cornered _really_ close, heads almost coming over the barricades. Exciting stuff. Tim |

We stood outside a pub on the high street for a while, where Martin introduced me to Harveys IPA. Then went over to the finish straight for the last thgee laps. Much faster there -- plenty of room at the barricades so got good views. |
