Default Poor cyclist has to slow down over a speed bump.

"You can go over it, but you have to slow right down and it ruins your flow,
especially if you're in a rush."

"You could end up being thrown over your handlebars " (obviously he does not
know the laws of cyclophysics)

Road users should not be 'in a rush' it is not conducive to safe travel

Typical cyclist. Wants everything done to suit a tiny minority of road
users.

He does look like he's dressed like an extra in a gay rave movie though.

Dave - Cyclists VOR. "Many people barely recognise the bicycle as a
legitimate mode of transport; it is either a toy for children or a
vehicle fit only for the poor and/or strange," Dave Horton, of Lancaster
University, wrote in an interim assessment of the Understanding Walking
and Cycling study. "For them, cycling is a bit embarrassing, they fail
to see its purpose, and have no interest in integrating it into their
lives, certainly on a regular basis."

The traffic calming measures of cyclists are pointed out here daily.
I'm glad you approve

I find that a cyclist only provides a traffic calming hump for a short time
after they lay in the road, cycles even less. So they are not really hardy
enough.
