Front Wheel Covers, general aero, ect....
Is anyone using a front wheel cover (such as, for a regular 32-spoke
wheel) on a recumbent? These are not used outdoors with upright bikes as it's generally agreed they're too difficult to control--but many recumbents [well, mine at least] have small front wheels and lots of steering tiller. I see people using fairings and body socks outdoors, and I can't help but wonder if a front wheel cover would make handling any worse than that. -end- |
