Where is this? The roundabout where Bow Road crosses the A12?

Yes, the A12 v A11 roundabout.

At last there is a motor traffic free crossing of the A11 at that
point along the River Lee Navigable tow path, but if coming from the
City on the A11 the junction is horrendous with few motor traffic free
options.

The video says there's a candlelit vigil there tonight. I think I
might Brom up there.

Have you seen the new, hot off the press, site called Google?

If you put "Bow Roundabout" in to it - it finds 26 and a half thousand hits.
There is all you need to know about it there.

Do come back if you get stuck.
