Makes sense. Rusto the cat sleeps all day but gets a 0.2 sec workout jumping over a wall or fence when a dog or animal control is after him. Rusto is in pretty good shape. OTOH you need several hours of exercise a day to reduce blood pressure. Bret Cahill
