Attempted murder of cyclists case opens at the Old Bailey
The driver has already wriggled in the dock by pleading "not guilty". No matter, since he has been held in custody until June.

We seem to attend different courts. In the courts I go to, a man is innocent until PROVEN guilty, and he is entitled to put the prosecution to proof of their case. That is what a "not guilty" plea indicates, not, in any way, a "wriggle". Even such simple concepts are beyond some people, as is the sub judice rule/rules. |
