Default Lance's Tests

I found this on Armstrong's website:

http://community2.livestrong.com/ver...f77d0.Full.jpg

One thing that strikes me - when they claimed that Lance was using EPO in
that aborted and illegal test, in a single instance (and otherwise well
hidden) they said that his hematocrit was 38%. If you look at this latest
set of tests you'll see that his hematocrit is slightly above that as you
would expect since those samples were taken during the TdF.

This gives me VERY serious pause since those illegal tests were from the
same organization that told us that Floyd was positive.

Dumbass,

When a guy is taking as much EPO as had been alleged, his body
essentially stops producing it on its own. His body recognizes that
the rEPO is there, and it essentially gives up. Flash back to Marco
Pantani, laying in a hospital after fracturing his leg. Being in the
hospital bed, he had no access to his rEPO, and thus, his crit level
crashed. As a matter of fact, they asked him very blunty if he was
taking anything, and he said no. It was only after his crit level
crashed to the point of his almost dying from anemia that the doctors
deduced that nothing BUT rEPO abuse could explain a crit level
crashing so quickly in a healthy professional cyclist.

So it is entirely possible that Lance was "doped to the gills" but had
not yet gotten around to his regular injection that day. His crit
level may have been swinging up (or down) at the time of the test.
And you'd have no way of knowing which direction it was headed.

Incorrect. Note the dates of those retic. counts. There are three tests
in Nov, 4 in Dec and 5 in Jan-Feb. ALL of his counts are in the normal
range of 0.5% to 1.5%, and this would not be possible if he'd been
taking regular rEPO injections.

The half-life is about 4-13 days, so there would definitely have been
at least one, if not several high numbers in there showing up in the
-random unannounced- tests.
