Dear Mrcheeful....
I know that this is OT, but can you please confirm for me whether or not
the 29 year old named in this article is "a trained, tested and licenced (sic) driver", like yourself, who is capable of seeing things like unlit cyclists on roundabouts, but can't spot another well lit car? ;-) -- Judith
