Dumbass: it's difficult, but it's not ridiculous. Aside from the fact
that it's a high-skill, high-athleticism sport that is fast and
brutal...actually, that's my point.

Also, our road racing club now has a BMX component. it turns out that
after developing on the BMX track, the resulting children have great
bike-handling skills and are enormously strong sprinters.

Also, and this is important, BMX is more fun than backyard containing 20
cats and a terrier.
