Ed,
If I could 'have my druthers', I guess I should be living
somewhere they don't have car inspections of every type and kind.

Even our neighbor state, West Virginia, which used to be the example
of freedom and 'Mind Your Own Business', now has car inspections
almost as strict as Maryland's. But I guess life is a compromise.

Minnesota is starting to sound pretty good!
