And of course that car started its journey on the footway, used the
footway for its whole journey, & ended its journey on the footway.

But before anybody complains I will state that he should not have parked
where he was.

BTW why did you not comment on the bus that was much more dangerous?

The same claim about pavement driving on the footway by buses has not
been made. But, you are right: the bus drove on the pavement also.
