Does it involve an actual UK cyclist?
as long as it involves UK cyclists then there will be no objection from
anyone, but merely stating that there is a possibility means that it is OT

This group is called uk.rec.cycling - consequently a post on a mugger
escaping on a cycle is relevant and on-topic.
