The cyclist is seen to cycle through a traffic light which is at red
(for him). Even if that scene were onlywitnessed by a police officer and
not recorded, would be sufficient for a conviction of the cyclist. He
would have to show that the traffic lights were green both ways as a
"defence".

So no actual evidence.
