OPERATION AMERICAN SPIRIT

Our mission is to help make a difference in the lives of soldiers and
their families by providing support and funding, in ways that teach
them self-sufficiency including scholarships, job and trade
assistance, home modification and improve morale.

Emmy Award-nominated actor Jack Scalia founded Operation American
Spirit to raise awareness and funding for severely injured troops and
their families during an inaugural 16-day cycling tour in which Scalia
will ride 1,500 miles from Seattle to San Diego, beginning Saturday,
September 22. A documentary of the journey will air nationally.

Among those who will be on hand to support Jack are former Congressmen
Jack Kemp, Bruce Willis, Jon Voight, Kurt Russell, Tim Allen and
Mariel Hemingway.

JOIN THE RIDE
We invite cyclists from across the U.S. to join Jack for all or part
of this historic ride. You can find information on how and where to

Operation American Spirit hopes to raise up to $100 million over the
next few years, and we ask for your donations to support the families
of the wounded heroes who stood for the U.S. in the war on terror in
