Weak knees - literally

I didnt expect such a detailed reply. I always thought my case was rather lost. Didnt think there was any real solution. Thanks for that. Will follow it up. BTW I dont have weak arches. My feet are flat, fullstop. Been like that since I was a kid. Strange because as a kid, I was a very strong sprinter and the fastest (100metres) for my age group in the old country! Now all I do is blow the odd roadie off along Anzac Bridge on my very unsportie, unroadie bike. Thanks again. |
