dumbass,

you would be better doing PR for implicated riders.

the ability to detect doping and manipulation is far more sensitive
than what is needed to lead to sanction.

the main problem with the doping control system is policy and
consistency.

because you are a scientist you think it's a scientific problem - it's
not, it's a policy problem.
