Default Work stand for tandem?

Any suggestions for a good work stand for a tandem as well as singles?
I like the PRS-20 drop out clamp design but don't see how it would
safely support a tandem.

I use two eyebolts screwed into my garage ceiling about 6 metres apart. A
rope from one loops around the stokers saddle and a rope from the other
around the front handlebar stem, so that both ropes are at about 54 degrees
to the vertical. Total cost under $10.

Since you didn't mention money, the Park pro stands are the best...and
the most expensive.

Would a portable stand be stable enough to hold a tandem?

probably, as long as the front wheel stayed on the floor.
