And it must be that it doesn't matter at all that his attention might be taken up to excess by the telephone conversation. So one wonders how it can possibly be "dangerous" to use the same device when seated behind the wheel of a stable motor vehicle. |

Unlike a motorist using a mobile phone, a cyclist doing so is putting their self at serious risk and is much less dangerous to others than a motorist. -- .
