Default How to roll out, and ROCK IT


how do you roll out on a large flat drop (5 feet.) whenever i do it i
get jolted because the energy tranfers through my body. How do you roll
out well? Will that help? any othe usefull tips?

yeah, i wanna find a better place to drop. its kinda scary cause their
are spikes coming out of the sides

Well first off you have to be confident and staqble enough to do the
drop in the first place.

But yeah. like the SLAB said, jump out farther away from the obstacle
gives your more forward momentum and takes away some of the downward
jolt...
